    Senator Unger moved to amend the House of Delegate amendments on page three, section one hundred three, lines twenty and twenty-one, by striking out the words “for one year or more” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “in excess of one year”;

    And,

    On page five, section one hundred three, line twenty-six, by striking out the words “for one year or more” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “in excess of one year”.
